New Season, Big Changes—Get Your Tickets Today


The new 2025–2026 season at Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center (BSPAC) has officially kicked off! Tickets are now available online at www.bspac.org.


This year’s lineup includes 11 exciting events in the 2025–2026 BSPAC Season, along with a wide variety of local productions presented at the theater by the Borrego Springs Film Festival, the Community Concert Series, the ABDNHA Lecture Series, and more.


Richard Helvig, who recently stepped down after serving as BSPAC President, guided the theater through a period of major improvements. Under his leadership, BSPAC completed a full interior update, introduced modern stage lighting, and most recently launched the successful “Turn Up the Sound” campaign, which brought in a state-of-the-art sound system ensuring every seat in the house enjoys crystal-clear audio — including assisted listening devices for the hearing impaired.

Now, with Gary Edwards elected as the new president, BSPAC looks forward to the next phase of improvements. Gary is already taking on the lobby and planning more exciting upgrades that will continue enhancing the theater experience for the community.

Babes Ride Out Returns to Borrego Springs

Babes Ride Out Scheduled to Return to Borrego Springs in April Babes Ride Out , a women-focused motorcycle event, is scheduled to take place in Borrego Springs from April 24 to April 26. The event will be hosted at the Palm Canyon Hotel and RV Resort, which has been fully reserved for attendees during that time. Babes Ride Out began in Borrego Springs in 2013 and has since expanded to additional locations nationally and internationally. Borrego Springs continues to host one of the organization’s annual gatherings. Babes Ride Out and Its History in Borrego Springs  Babes Ride Out began in Borrego Springs in 2013 when founders Ashmore Ellis and Anya Violet invited a small group of women riders to camp and ride together in the desert. What started as a gathering of about 75 participants quickly grew, with Borrego Springs becoming closely associated with the event’s early identity. Over the years, Babes Ride Out expanded to additional locations across the United States and internationally, but Borrego Springs has remained one of its original and recurring host communities.

A Valentine’s Weekend Performance at BSPAC Jennifer Dodge Heater brings Dangerously Curious to the Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center on Saturday, February 14 at 7:00 PM . The evening blends pop concert vocals with live saxophone and magic, creating a performance designed to surprise and entertain. Joining Heater on stage are: Brian Heater on live sax Frank Padilla Jr. , adding interactive magic to the show The concert is part of BSPAC’s winter season lineup and offers a fun option for Valentine’s weekend in Borrego Springs.
