Tai Chi with Jill Feltovich

Tai Chi classes are held Mondays from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Christmas Circle under the Ramada. The class is open to all adults.

Tai Chi offers a practical way to improve balance, coordination, and overall well-being through steady, intentional movement. At Christmas Circle in Borrego Springs, Jill Feltovich leads classes that help adults build confidence through posture, focus, and breath.

Jill Feltovich is a Tai Chi Healthways certified senior instructor who studied for 15 years under Tai Chi Master Dr. Jesse Tsao. She is knowledgeable in Chen and Yang style Tai Chi as well as Qi Gong, bringing strong experience in both the physical and internal sides of the practice.

Her classes are designed to teach basic Tai Chi principles and postures while helping students improve balance and develop internal energy. The result is a class that supports better movement, better health, and a stronger sense of well-being.

Held at Christmas Circle, the class gives adults a chance to practice in an outdoor community setting that encourages focus and mindful movement. Students learn foundational skills such as posture, concentration, balance, and controlled movement, all of which support steadier movement and greater body awareness.

Open to all adults. Donation-based.
