Out and About: Happy Hour + Free Movie Night in Borrego

June 18 Meetup at Carmelita’s and Screening at BSPAC

Looking for a casual way to connect with neighbors and enjoy a midweek night out in Borrego Springs? Borrego Out and About, led by Chesney Hoagland-Fuchs, is hosting a relaxed meetup on Wednesday, June 18, starting with Happy Hour at Carmelita’s Mexican Grill and Cantina from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Expect $5 margaritas and bar bite specials—a perfect pre-show hangout.

After that, the group will head over to the Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center (BSPAC) for a free 7:00 PM screening of “All About My Mother.”

This screening is part of BSPAC’s Free Summer Film Series, made possible by the Borrego Springs Film Institute and the generous support of the Borrego Valley Endowment Fund.

Whether you come for the margaritas, the movie, or both—it’s a great way to get out and enjoy Borrego on a summer evening.
