Olive Oil Tasting in Borrego Springs

Experience the 5 S’s of EVOO

Monthly olive oil tastings will be held at the Garden Café in the ArtPark, led by Ingrid, owner of Borrego Olive Oil Co.

Each session runs from 4–5 PM on the last Saturday of the month.

Guests will explore the 5 S’s of olive oil tasting — Swirl, Sniff, Slurp, Swallow, and Sense — while learning how to appreciate extra virgin olive oils the same way fine wines are enjoyed.

Along with Ingrid’s guidance, certified tasters will join to share their expertise, creating a sensory and educational experience for both locals and visitors.
