Borrego Olive Oil Co now has a cozy storefront in The Mall (Westside) in Borrego Springs, making it easier to pick up their California-harvested extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy.

You’ll find Borrego Olive Oil Co at The Mall (Westside), 587 Palm Canyon Drive, near the Borrego Springs Mural and across from Borrego Outfitters (Suite 219).

What You’ll Find Inside


Borrego Olive Oil Co has been serving the Borrego Springs community since 2022 with:


  • Extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs) harvested in California
  • Aged balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy
  • Olive oil–based lip and skin care products made locally
  • Specialty nonalcoholic drinks
  • A curated selection of specialty items and giftable products (many in shades of green)


Their vision is simple: a place to find “desert flavors” and explore new favorites.

Borrego Springs local Brice Weaver is featured in a recent SDVoyager story that takes a closer look at his path into photography and the experiences that shaped his work. Weaver’s journey into photography did not begin in a traditional way. He picked up his first DSLR in 2016, and what started as curiosity quickly became a serious creative pursuit. Since then, his work has taken him to places like Everest Base Camp, Guadalupe Island for great white shark photography, and remote landscapes including Anza-Borrego Desert . Today, Weaver is known for fine art and portrait photography that focuses on mood, place, and quiet storytelling. His work has also earned international recognition, including top honors in major photography competitions.
