Wine enthusiasts and food lovers, mark your calendars! Borrego Springs is hosting a special Wine Tasting Night at The Arches restaurant on March 26th from 5-7 PM.


What to Expect at Wine Tasting Night?


The evening promises a curated wine experience under the guidance of Tami, a third-generation hospitality professional and certified sommelier. Tami’s impressive background includes serving as wine director at the famed La Valencia Hotel and opening Juniper and Ivy. Recognized by Wine & Spirits Magazine and Wine Spectator, she brings expertise and passion to this special evening.

  • Price: $35 per person (Pre Fixe Menu)


Pre Fixe Menu Highlights:


  • First Course: Charcuterie Board
  • Second Course: Choice of Roasted Chicken or Pan Roasted Halibut, served with Citrus Pilaf, Rainbow Swiss Chard, and Lemon Buerre Blanc
  • Dessert: Grapefruit Posset
